Dental Hygienist

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic and growing dental team. The ideal candidate will be key in delivering top-notch dental care while fostering excellent oral health practices among patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and review medical histories.
• Conduct thorough dental cleanings and manage patient scheduling.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care strategies.
• Accurately maintain and update patient records using dental software.
• Apply knowledge of dental and medical terminology in daily tasks.
• Operate iTero scanning technology and assist with treatment conversions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in patient assessment and treatment planning.
• Hands-on experience with Eaglesoft or similar dental software.
• In-depth understanding of dental and medical terminology.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $65.00 - $78.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week

• Dental terminology: 10 years (Preferred)
• Dental clinic: 10 years (Preferred)
• iTero Scanning: 5 years (Preferred)
• Eaglesoft: 5 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Registered Dental Hygienist (Required)
• Dental Hygiene License (Required)

Ability to Commute:

• Falls Church, VA 22046 (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Falls Church, VA 22046: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
