Stanley Steemer is hiring motivated, dependable individuals to join our Air Duct Cleaning team. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys physical work, learning mechanical systems, and interacting with customers.

Technicians are the face of our company. We’re looking for individuals who take pride in their work, communicate well, and are motivated to grow.

• Have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and at least 5 years of driving experience
• Can pass a drug test
• Can pass a background check

What You’ll Do

• Clean and maintain HVAC air duct systems
• Remove dust, debris, and contaminants
• Set up and operate cleaning equipment
• Move and protect furniture as needed
• Communicate with customers and explain services
• Assist with additional services and recommendations

Pay & Career Path

We are hiring technicians with the goal of developing them into Crew Chiefs.

Air Duct Assistants typically earn $17–$19 per hour while training and assisting on jobs. Once promoted to Crew Chief, technicians typically earn $20–$30 per hour, including commission opportunities.

Paid training is provided, and advancement is based on performance, reliability, customer service, and ability to safely lead jobs.

Requirements

• Ability to lift, push, and carry ~50 lbs
• Comfortable working in attics, crawlspaces, and tight spaces
• Ability to work Saturdays and overtime
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Mechanical aptitude is a plus (not required)
