Business Analyst / Delivery Lead

ComResource is looking for a Business Analyst / Delivery Lead.

Responsibilities:

• Lead stakeholder interviews, workshops, and cross-functional discussions.
• Own end-to-end discovery through execution support, not just documentation.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements, actionable plans, and prioritized work.
• Provide light project management support, including tracking milestones, risks, dependencies, and timelines.
• Coordinate across business, technology, and vendor teams to ensure alignment and progress.
• Lead or support technical workstreams by organizing tasks, clarifying requirements, and removing blockers.
• Develop process flows, requirements artifacts, and decision documentation.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and gaps early and proactively drive resolution.
• Operate effectively in a regulated environment with audit and compliance considerations.

Key initiatives this role will support:

Enterprise Phone System Assessment

• Lead stakeholder engagement across multiple business units.
• Document current-state usage, pain points, and dependencies.
• Define functional and non-functional requirements, including compliance, call recording, and retention.
• Coordinate inputs across business and technical teams.
• Drive consolidation of requirements into a clear evaluation framework.
• Support vendor evaluation by organizing requirements, gaps, and decision criteria.
• Help manage timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables throughout the assessment.

Identity & Access Management (IAM) / JML

• Work with application owners and business leads to define roles and permissions.
• Document current access models and entitlement structures.
• Rationalize and standardize role definitions.
• Map roles to JML workflows and lifecycle events.
• Support audit-ready documentation and control alignment.
• Coordinate across security, IT, and business stakeholders.
• Help drive progress across multiple applications and owners.

Network / Fiber Infrastructure Analysis

• Gather and organize data related to fiber circuits, connectivity, and dependencies.
• Work with technical teams to understand current-state architecture.
• Support analysis of costs, utilization, and optimization opportunities.
• Coordinate across vendors and internal teams to validate information.
• Translate technical findings into business-relevant insights and recommendations.

Essentials:

• 7+ years of experience in Business Analysis with demonstrated ability to operate at a senior level.
• Proven ability to lead initiatives, not just support them.
• Experience across multiple roles including BA, project coordination, and delivery leadership.
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• Comfortable working across business and technical teams.
• Experience in financial services or other regulated environments.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Able to bring structure to ambiguity and drive progress without heavy oversight.
• Comfortable tracking timelines, risks, and dependencies.
• Strong communication skills with ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.

Desired:

• Familiarity with infrastructure, telecom, IAM, or data migration initiatives.
