NEEDED IMMEDIATELY: PART-TIME or Full-Time WEEKDAY HOURS - Janitor/Cleaning Specialist for Commercial Offices & Businesses.

Duties: Cleaning of commercial spaces, mainly offices including floors involving sweeping, mopping, scrubbing or vacuuming, surfaces with cleaners & dusting, bathrooms, fixtures, blinds & glass possibly on a step ladder, stain removal, & garbage gathering & removal.

• Be able to interact and communicate professionally with staff, owners, management and tenants.
• Complies with all safety, security and quality cleaning standards.
• Notifies managers of the need for minor or major repairs to operating systems if found.
• Must be flexible and willing to complete all tasks assigned in a timely & responsible manner.
• Keeps janitorial supplies stocked and equipment in good order and communicates with management for any needed items.
• Monitors building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors and checking electrical appliances for hazards.
• Experienced in using preferred cleaning materials and supplies.
• Must be okay with being on their feet for long periods of time, constantly moving, and actively cleaning to finish each unit as quickly as possible.

Must be 18 years or older.

Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check and have reliable transportation.
