Business Analyst
Location: Los Angeles, CA (90017 - Hybrid)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Compensation: $85,000–$95,000 annually, DOE
Position Summary
Our client is seeking a Business Analyst to support strategic finance and operational initiatives. Reporting directly to the CFO, this role will assist with budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, project coordination, and acquisition-related projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to build a long-term career in finance and business operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
• Assist with business analysis and project coordination initiatives
• Help develop and track acquisition target pipelines
• Support due diligence and deal structure activities for potential acquisitions
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic projects
• Prepare reports, presentations, and analytical summaries for leadership
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Statistics, Organizational Management, Finance, Accounting, or a related field required
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
• 1–3 years of experience in business analysis, project coordination, or process improvement
• Experience designing or improving end-to-end business processes in an outpatient healthcare setting and/or enterprise support department
• Understanding of process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or TQM
• Project management experience or exposure preferred
• Interest in finance, FP&A, business operations, and mergers & acquisitions
Work Environment
• Hybrid schedule with a minimum of 12 in-office days per month (approximately 3 days onsite, 2 days remote per week)
• Flexibility available based on business needs
