Recruiter – Dental Business Development Partner

FenixHire is expanding its national Dental Division and seeking a motivated, relationshipdriven Recruiter – Dental Business Development Partner. This commissiononly role with significant earning potential is ideal for a professional who excels in both business development and fullcycle recruiting, particularly within the dental industry.

The Recruiter–Dental Business Development Partner will play a critical role in acquiring new dental clients, sourcing toptier dental talent, and representing the FenixHire brand with professionalism and credibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a pipeline of dental practices, DSOs, and private clinics seeking recruitment support
  • Conduct outbound outreach, discovery calls, and capability presentations
  • Build strong relationships with practice owners, hiring managers, and dental leadership teams
  • Source, screen, and present qualified dental candidates (Dentists, Hygienists, Assistants, Office Managers)
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to placement
  • Maintain accurate CRM/ATS records, activity tracking, and forecasting
  • Represent FenixHire at dental industry events, virtual meetings, and networking opportunities
  • Drive repeat business through exceptional service and longterm relationship building

Qualifications

  • Experience in recruiting, business development, or staffing (dental or healthcare strongly preferred)
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationshipbuilding skills
  • Ability to manage both client acquisition and candidate pipelines
  • Comfortable with outbound outreach and consultative selling
  • Highly organized, selfmotivated, and able to work independently
  • Techsavvy with experience using CRM and ATS platforms
