Overview:

We're seeking a Business Operations Manager to help scale customer deployments and operational processes for a rapidly growing healthcare technology company.

This is a high-ownership role reporting directly to executive leadership. You'll manage customer implementations, optimize operational workflows, and help build scalable processes that support company growth. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving complex problems, and is comfortable operating with ambiguity.

Key Responsibilities:

Own end-to-end customer deployments, including scope, timelines, and customer success outcomes.

Manage implementation projects and ensure successful customer onboarding.

Deploy and optimize AI-powered solutions within customer environments.

Partner directly with customers to gather requirements and manage expectations.

Design and improve operational workflows and processes.

Build scalable systems to support multi-site customer rollouts.

Monitor deployment performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Collaborate cross-functionally to support customer success and operational excellence.

Requirements:

2-6 years of experience in business operations, consulting, investment banking, project management, or a related field.

Strong project management and organizational skills.

Experience managing complex projects and stakeholder relationships.

Ability to work independently and thrive in ambiguous environments.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Must be able to work onsite in San Francisco.

Preferred Qualifications:

Consulting experience with Bain, McKinsey, BCG, or similar firms.

Early-stage startup experience.

Experience scaling operational processes.

Healthcare, SaaS, or technology industry experience.

Demonstrated success building processes from scratch.

Compensation & Benefits:

Base Salary: $140,000-$220,000

Equity: 0.2% - 0.6%

Employment Type: Full-Time

Work Arrangement: Onsite
