Scope of Work

Clean common areas and amenity spaces
Dust and wipe tables, counters, and surfaces
Vacuum carpets and sweep/mop floors
Clean and sanitize restrooms
Empty trash bins and replace liners
Clean fitness room and wipe down equipment
Sweep or clean entrances and walkways
Report any maintenance issues or damages
Maintain overall cleanliness of the facility
