Our client is seeking a Litigation Associate with 3-7 years of civil litigation experience to support a busy practice handling matters across Chicagoland. This role involves frequent court appearances, drafting, discovery, depositions, and managing multiple client matters. The position is based in Lincolnshire, IL and offers a hybrid schedule after training.

Location: Lincolnshire, IL (Hybrid after training)
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, with occasional overtime
Please Note: Frequent travel to courts throughout the Chicagoland area
Responsibilities:

• Conduct and defend depositions.
• Participate in continuing legal education (CLE) activities.
• Appear in court across Chicagoland 3-5 times per week.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery responses.
• Manage multiple client matters, deadlines, and case milestones.
• Stay current on Illinois statutes, case law, and procedural rules.

• Active Illinois Bar license.
• 3-7 years of civil litigation experience.
• Strong written and verbal advocacy skills.
• Experience conducting or defending depositions.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
• Experience drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs.

• Mediation or arbitration experience.
• Prior experience appearing regularly in Illinois courts.
• Experience with Condo/HOA or real-estate related litigation (preferred but not required)
