Immediate Need: Skilled Physical Therapists (PT) – Maryland Area

Hiring on behalf of a client seeking an experienced and compassionate Physical Therapist to support patients throughout the Maryland Area. Employment Type: Part-Time & Contract Opportunities Available (1099)

Responsibilities:

The Physical Therapist will provide skilled physical therapy services, including but not limited to:

• Physical Therapy Evaluations
• Reassessments
• Skilled Physical Therapy Treatment Visits
• Gait and Balance Training
• Functional Mobility and Transfer Training
• Therapeutic Exercise Programs
• Neuromuscular Re-education
• Fall Prevention and Home Safety Education
• Patient and Caregiver Education
• Development and Implementation of Individualized Treatment Plans
• Documentation and Care Coordination
• Compliance with Physician Orders, Regulatory Requirements, and Agency Policies

Qualifications:

• Active License in applicable jurisdiction(s)
• Graduate of an accredited program
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Home health experience preferred but not required
