This position is 50% work from home and 50% work in the field. As a Field Engineering Technician you will be responsible for:
Providing clients with advanced on-site troubleshooting and on-site installation & removal of equipment
Using our ticketing system to work on and resolve helpdesk Tickets & service requests. Communicate to the client the status of their ticket every step of the way, notify them of any changes or issues.
Delight clients with a friendly, quick and helpful experience.
Make sure that client documentation is well maintained.
Identify, communicate and mitigate potential risks.
