Job Title: Parts Professional (Auto Body / Glass)
Pay: $15–$18/hr DOE
Location: Payson, UT
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday

We’re hiring a Parts Professional to support a busy auto body and glass shop. This is a great opportunity for someone who understands vehicles, enjoys working at a desk, and has a knack for finding the right parts and spotting upsell opportunities.

If you’ve ever worked in auto parts, dealerships, or just know your way around vehicles and enjoy helping customers—this could be a strong fit.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Sourcing and ordering auto body and glass parts for repairs

• Communicating with vendors and tracking orders

• Assisting with estimates and identifying additional repair opportunities (like windshields, trim, etc.)

• Working closely with the front office and technicians to keep jobs moving

• Answering questions and helping customers understand their repair options

• Keeping the front desk and parts process organized

What We’re Looking For

• General knowledge of cars and parts (hands-on or professional)

• Comfortable working on a computer and learning shop software

• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset

• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks

• Sales mindset—comfortable recommending additional services or upgrades

Bonus (Not Required)

• Experience in auto parts, dealerships, or repair shops

• Familiarity with estimating or shop software (like CCC ONE)
