Our client is seeking an Insurance Defense Litigation Attorney with 5+ years of experience to manage complex litigation matters and represent clients in court.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Develop and execute case strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery.
• Represent clients in hearings, depositions, mediations, and settlement conferences.
• Provide regular client updates and maintain strong client relationships.

Qualifications:

• Active Florida Bar license in good standing.
• Minimum 5 years of Florida litigation experience.
• Insurance defense experience strongly preferred.
• Strong legal research, writing, and drafting skills.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and case management abilities.
