Sales Administrator Responsibilities:
- Assisting sales team with submitting sales orders
- Checking for accuracy in orders and invoices
- Expediting orders and managing order delivery times through internal liaison
- Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details
- Ability to think outside the box and problem solve
- Ability to work well and communicate effectively with others
- Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks
- Upholding RUDIS brand standards
Sales Administrator Requirements:
- Proficient in Google or Excel
- Basic Math and logistical skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment and multi-task
- Demonstrate ability to think strategically and creatively in order to solve problems
- Highly organized and detail oriented in work methodology
- Ability to take direction and be open to feedback
- Perform other duties as necessary
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk
- Working at a computer for extended periods of times
