We have partnered with an excellent organization in the manufacturing space to help them identify a Bilingual Human Resources Business Partner. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to site leadership and managers, handling the full spectrum of HR functions in a fast-paced production environment. You will play a critical role in workforce planning, employee relations, compliance, and organizational development. This is a DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY

Salary target $95k-$110k including benefits: heath, dental, vision, short term and long term, 401k and PTO.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters
  • Act as a strategic partner to site leaders, providing guidance on workforce trends, people matters, and HR best practices
  • Conduct thorough, fair, and timely workplace investigations
  • Ensure consistent application of company policies and procedures across the site
  • Manage workers' compensation claims
  • Partner with site leadership to assess and manage headcount needs aligned with production demands and business goals
  • Coordinate with the recruiting team throughout the hiring process
  • Support onboarding to ensure new hires are set up for success from day one
  • Guide employees through benefits enrollment, open enrollment periods, and life event changes
  • Respond to general HR questions regarding policies, pay, leave, and company programs
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR data in the HRIS
  • Facilitate the annual performance review cycle, including manager training and timeline communication
  • Partner with managers to create and execute individual development plans
  • Identify skill gaps and recommend development solutions in collaboration with L&D resources
  • Draft and deliver employee communications regarding HR programs, policy updates, and site initiatives
  • Plan and coordinate employee engagement events that strengthen site culture

Qualifications

  • Bilingual (Spanish and English)
  • 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or supply chain environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred
  • Solid working knowledge of employment law, FMLA, ADA, OSHA, and workers' compensation
  • Demonstrated experience managing employee relations issues and conducting workplace investigations
  • Proficiency with HRIS platforms- Paylocity a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust across all levels of the organization
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, high-volume environment
