Job Title: Product Manager/Owner - Business Analyst
Location: Jersey City NJ (Hybrid- 2 days/week)
Duration: 6+ Months (Possible Extension)

A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum hourly rate on W2 for this position is $35 to $42 with limited benefits.
Job Description:
• Responsible for product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with other company departments to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.
• Ensuring that the product supports the company's overall strategy and goals.
• You will build products from existing ideas and help to develop new ideas based on industry experience.
• Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
Responsibilities include:
- Gather internal requirements, user stories
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, work with stakeholders and developers.
- Work with Jira / Confluence
- Familiarity with AI skill/tools is nice to have (copilot, claud, chatgpt, cursor, codex, rovo, etc)
- Defining the product strategy and roadmap.
- Delivering features.
- Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities.
- Manage pilot programs with early-stage products and samples.
- Demonstrated success defining and launching products.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Undergraduate degree. Advanced degree preferred.
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.
