Technical Business Analyst – Payments & Fraud Systems

We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between product strategy and engineering execution. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, analyze, and optimize payment routing and fraud prevention solutions, ensuring scalable, secure, and efficient transaction processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for payment and fraud-related initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering teams, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Design and optimize payment routing workflows and fraud prevention processes.
• Analyze data and system performance to identify opportunities for improvement and operational efficiency.
• Support API integrations, system enhancements, testing, and deployment activities.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
