Role Overview
This is a Business Analyst / Product Operations-type role supporting ETF fund detail pages, fund launches, and website/content enhancements within an asset management environment. The person will coordinate across multiple teams to gather requirements, manage approvals, and ensure regulatory compliance.
Top 3 Must-Haves
- ETF / Asset Management Experience
- Strong understanding of ETFs is critical.
- Asset management or financial services background required.
- Experience with ETF products, fund launches, fund detail pages, investment products, or related workflows is highly preferred.
- Mutual fund exposure is helpful but ETF knowledge is the priority.
- Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management
- Experience working with multiple teams simultaneously.

- Business stakeholders
- Comfortable reaching out to new stakeholders, driving decisions, and obtaining approvals.
- Data & Regulatory Understanding
- Ability to understand fund-related data displayed on ETF pages.
- Familiarity with compliance requirements and disclosures.
- Understanding of SEC and FINRA regulatory considerations.
- Experience ensuring content and data meet regulatory requirements.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Gather and validate business requirements for ETF fund detail pages.
- Coordinate fund launches and page enhancements.
- Manage stakeholder sign-offs across multiple groups.
- Work with legal/compliance on disclosures and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with data teams to ensure accurate fund information.
- Prioritize competing requests and adapt to changing business needs.
- Support content updates and publishing workflows.
