Medical Assistant (MA-C)

? Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

About the Role

We are seeking a certified Medical Assistant (MA-C) to support clinical and administrative operations in a fast-paced outpatient setting. This role plays a critical part in ensuring efficient clinic workflows and delivering high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, patient-focused, and committed to maintaining clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Support providers with daily clinical operations to ensure efficient and quality patient care

Administer injections as directed by providers following established protocols

Perform diagnostic testing and assist in evaluation procedures

Conduct phlebotomy and specimen collection as required

Complete quality surveys and assist with care documentation

Prepare exam rooms and ensure proper stocking of medical supplies

Maintain clinical equipment and ensure adherence to quality control standards

Provide exceptional patient service, addressing patient needs with professionalism and empathy

Follow infection control and safety guidelines

Assist with general back-office tasks to support clinic operations

Minimum Qualifications

Active Medical Assistant-Certified (MA-C) License in Washington State

High School Diploma or GED

Strong understanding of clinical workflows and patient care support

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

2+ years of experience as a Medical Assistant

Experience in phlebotomy, injections, and diagnostic testing

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Reliable and patient-focused mindset

Work Environment

Outpatient clinical setting

No travel required

No floating between locations

No in-home patient care required

Scrubs: Any color permitted
