As a part of our community, you will be joining a Medicare/Medicaid-certified home health care agency that includes a dedicated team of nurses, rehabilitation therapists, and home health aides. Together, we focus on delivering personalized healthcare services with empathy and care to older adults in Delta, Montrose, and Ouray counties.

Compensation and Schedule
  • Pay Range: $48.95 - $53.87 per hour, depending on prior experience.
  • Schedule: PRN (as needed)

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct evaluations and provide Occupational Therapy services based on the written orders from clients' attending physicians.
  • Oversee and guide Occupational Therapy assistants and rehabilitation aides in client care and related activities.
  • Plan, implement, coordinate, and assess the Occupational Therapy services offered by the department, including scheduling, transportation, filing, and mailing tasks.
  • Adhere to the Occupational Therapy Practice Act in the state of Colorado.
Qualifications
  • Must hold a valid license or registration as an Occupational Therapist in Colorado.
  • Graduated from an Occupational Therapy program accredited by the Council on Medical Education and Hospitals of the American Medical Association and the American Occupational Therapy Association, or be eligible for certification by the American Occupational Therapy Association.
  • A minimum of one year of experience as an Occupational Therapist is required.
