We are looking for a dynamic and proactive professional to join our growing team in Miami. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in the expansion of our operations in the United States, working in a fast-paced environment with high visibility and direct impact on business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Hunt, develop, and close new enterprise and marketplace accounts.
- Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new commercial opportunities.
- Sell end-to-end cross-border logistics solutions, including US fulfillment, customs clearance, transportation, and last-mile delivery.
- Lead RFP processes, commercial negotiations, and pricing model development.
- Build and manage relationships with senior stakeholders, decision-makers, and strategic partners.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Collaborate with internal operations and product teams to ensure successful customer onboarding and service delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
Technical Qualification
- Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, Key Account Management, or Commercial roles within logistics, transportation, supply chain, freight forwarding, e-commerce, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of cross-border logistics and international supply chain solutions.
- Experience leading commercial negotiations and managing complex sales cycles.
- Ability to develop pricing strategies and commercial proposals.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Fluent English required; Spanish is highly valued.
