Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst with strong Investment Banking domain expertise and experience working with Agentic AI solutions. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, driving requirements gathering, process optimization, and the implementation of AI-powered solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of capital markets workflows, business analysis methodologies, and emerging AI technologies to identify and deliver automation and productivity improvements across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Investment Banking, Capital Markets, Operations, Compliance, and Technology teams to understand business objectives and translate them into functional and technical requirements.
• Analyze existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements through automation and Agentic AI-driven solutions.
• Gather, document, and manage business requirements, user stories, process flows, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with AI/ML engineers, solution architects, and product teams to design and implement Agentic AI workflows and intelligent automation solutions.
• Evaluate opportunities for AI agents to streamline research, reporting, trade support, client onboarding, reconciliations, regulatory compliance, and operational processes.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and requirement sessions to define business needs and prioritize initiatives.
• Perform gap analysis, impact assessments, and feasibility studies for AI-enabled transformation projects.
• Support the end-to-end project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Define KPIs and success metrics to measure business value and operational improvements from AI initiatives.
• Work closely with development and QA teams to validate solutions and ensure requirements are accurately implemented.
• Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect management, and production readiness activities.
• Create business process documentation, workflow diagrams, training materials, and executive-level presentations.
• Stay current with emerging Agentic AI technologies, Large Language Models (LLMs), and industry best practices to identify new opportunities for innovation.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, governance, and risk management standards within Investment Banking environments.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience within Investment Banking, Capital Markets, or Financial Services.
• Strong knowledge of investment banking products, trade lifecycle, front-office, middle-office, and back-office operations.
• Experience working on AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, or intelligent automation initiatives.
• Expertise in requirements elicitation, process mapping, business process reengineering, and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project delivery frameworks.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
• Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart, SQL, or similar business analysis tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Agentic AI frameworks, LLM-based applications, AI orchestration platforms, or workflow automation tools.
• Knowledge of trade processing, settlements, risk management, regulatory reporting, or client onboarding processes.
• Exposure to cloud platforms and data analytics solutions.
• MBA, CFA, FRM, or relevant financial industry certifications are a plus.
