Fund Finance Senior Attorney (4+ Years)

A top-ranked global law firm is seeking a senior associate or counsel to join its Global Finance team. This role focuses on fund finance and subscription line matters, advising financial institutions, alternative lenders, and asset managers across a broad range of complex financing transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Represent lenders and funds in fund finance and private debt transactions
• Advise on asset-backed financings for funds and investment vehicles
• Play a key role on deal teams, managing transactions from diligence through closing
• Support fund formation with respect to leverage and financing structures

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of fund finance/subscription line experience
• Background working with banks, BDCs, or funds in private credit transactions
• Strong deal management and execution skills
