Customer Experience Manager

Five Below - 11096 Jefferson Boulevard - Responsibilities: Wow the customer through personal contact with customers and train the crew on the BEST customer service experience.; Lead their assigned store to achieve and maintain customer service score goals provided by the District Manager.; Lead front end operations and merchandising to meet or exceed brand standards; ensure front-end equipment is in working order and staff are trained.; Handle opening and closing procedures, maintain store cleanliness, recovery, and keep the store ready for customers.
