Position Overview

Were hiring Hood Cleaning Technicians in Jacksonville, FL. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and essential to ensuring fire safety in commercial kitchens. Youll work mostly overnight shifts cleaning exhaust systems, documenting services, and working as part of a team to deliver excellent results.

All new hires begin with paid hands-on training at our headquarters in Atlanta (Woodstock, GA).
During this training, housing and food are fully covered by the company.

The training period typically lasts 612 weeks, depending on each individuals experience level and performance. Experienced crews may complete training in as little as 24 weeks before returning to Jacksonville to begin full-time work in their local market.

Training pay is $18$23 per hour, and this rate applies only during the short training period. Full-time pay after training: $1,350$2,000+ per week based on performance



After completing training, youll return to Jacksonville to begin full-time work in your local market. Experienced crews may only need two to four weeks of training before transitioning to full pay.

Responsibilities

Clean commercial kitchen exhaust systems to fire code standards
Operate cleaning equipment, lifts, and vehicles safely
Work overnight shifts (SundayThursday nights typical)
Take before-and-after photos and submit reports
Deliver professional customer service at client locations
Support team members to ensure jobs are completed on time

Qualifications

No experience required full training provided
Must have valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work on rooftops
Comfortable with overnight work
Dependable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused

Compensation Summary

Training Period: $18$23/hour (short-term)
Post-Training: $1,350$2,000+ per week
Experienced crews may complete training in as little as 24 weeks

Many applicants see the $18/hr rate and assume that is the full-time pay, but that rate is only during your short, paid training period. Once you are certified and working full-time, you will have the opportunity to earn $1,350$2,000+ per week depending on performance and efficiency.
