Cloud Business Development Manager
Role Summary
We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Business Development Manager to join our Cloud Unit. In this role, you will be responsible for accelerating revenue growth and expanding our market footprint across a comprehensive portfolio of Cloud, Data and Infrastructure services.
As the IT landscape evolves, Artificial Intelligence is at the core of our strategy. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of how AI can be leveraged to modernize, automate, and transform traditional infrastructure and operations. You will be instrumental in positioning our AI-driven solutions to prospective clients, driving growth across everything from the service desk to complex data migrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue Growth: Lead the end-to-end sales cycle to generate new business and expand existing accounts across the following core service areas:
o Service Desk & End User Computing: Pitching cognitive, AI-powered service desk solutions and modern workplace environments.
o Messaging & Collaboration: Driving adoption of next-generation, seamless enterprise communication tools and Everyday AI using CoPilot, Gemini Enterprise, Claude etc
o Data Center Operations & Transformation: Selling modernization and AIOps-driven management for enterprise data centers.
o Network Operations & Transformation: Positioning intelligent, self-healing network solutions (SD-WAN, AI-driven networking).
o Cloud Operations, Transformation & Modernization: Driving cloud adoption, refactoring, and AI-enabled cloud management (AWS, Azure, GCP).
o Data Migration: Leading initiatives to securely transition complex enterprise data architectures to modern cloud environments.
- AI-Centric Go-to-Market Strategy: Serve as a subject matter expert on how Artificial Intelligence-including AIOps, generative AI, and machine learning-driven automation-can improve efficiency and strengthen outcomes across all of these service areas.
- Pipeline Management: Build, qualify, and manage a robust pipeline of high-value opportunities, ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets.
- Client Advisory: Act as a strategic advisor to C-level executives (CIOs, CTOs), translating complex technical capabilities into clear business value and ROI.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with solutions architects, delivery teams, and marketing to craft compelling proposals, design customized solutions, and ensure successful service transition.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Industry Experience: 7+ years of proven experience in business development, enterprise sales, or account management within the IT Infrastructure, Cloud Services, or Managed Services sectors.
- AI Expertise (Essential): Demonstrated experience selling or implementing AI-integrated IT solutions. You must be able to articulate how AI technologies optimize service delivery, predictive maintenance, and overall IT operations.
- Domain Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of cloud platforms, data center architectures, network transformations, and end-user computing technologies.
- Track Record: Consistent history of meeting or exceeding multi-million dollar sales quotas and closing large, complex enterprise deals.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and written communication skills, with the abili ty to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders

Salary Range: $160,400- 188,700 a year
