We're seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support a fast-paced business unit, delivering both strategic and hands-on HR support to frontline and mid-level leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on employee relations, investigations, performance, and terminations
• Coach managers on HR best practices and people management
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and employment laws
• Support hiring, onboarding, promotions, and workforce changes
• Assist with compensation decisions and data analysis
• Drive employee engagement and performance management initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
• 5+ years in HR, with strong employee relations experience
• Proven ability to manage complex cases and influence leadership
