Finance Manager - North West Fresno County

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting functions. The ideal candidate will drive strategic decision-making through accurate financial insights and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes for 5000 acre farming and processing operation
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Oversee month-end and year-end close activities ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Coordinate audits and ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and financial goals
- Manage and mentor finance staff to enhance team performance and development
- Prepare presentations and reports for senior management and stakeholders

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred
- Minimum 5 years of progressive finance or accounting experience, including management
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial analysis, and budgeting techniques
- Proficiency with FAMOUS accounting software and advanced Excel skills
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and integrity
