A highly regarded law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its growing litigation team. This is an outstanding opportunity for a paralegal who enjoys managing sophisticated cases, working closely with attorneys, and taking ownership of substantive litigation responsibilities from inception through trial.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience and a strong understanding of the litigation process, court procedures, discovery, and trial preparation.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of litigation from case inception through resolution.
- Maintain and organize case files, pleadings, discovery, and trial materials.
- Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, subpoenas, notices, and correspondence.
- Coordinate and manage document productions, discovery responses, and e-discovery projects.
- Review, summarize, and analyze documents, deposition transcripts, and medical, financial, or business records.
- Conduct factual and legal research using Lexis, Westlaw, PACER, and other research tools.
- Track deadlines and maintain litigation calendars.
- Coordinate state and federal court filings.
- Assist attorneys with depositions, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trial preparation.
- Prepare exhibit binders, witness files, trial notebooks, and other case materials.
- Communicate with clients, experts, court personnel, and outside vendors as needed.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm environment.
- Strong knowledge of state and federal court procedures and filing requirements.
- Experience managing complex litigation matters and large document productions.
- Familiarity with e-discovery platforms and litigation support technology.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, Lexis, Westlaw, PACER, and document management systems.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate preferred.
