Marketing & Analytics Manager
Responsibilities
Create and execute social media, advertising, and consumer marketing campaigns to a targeted audience
Create exciting, unique content establishing and upholding the voice of our companies
Support the design, implementation, and management of marketing strategy, valuation, and measurement initiatives across four gym locations two east coast and two west coast; New York City, Brooklyn, Los Angeles, Ventura
Utilize third-party and interna research tools to aggregate and analyze marketing data
Leverage data to develop new insights with the goal of improving strategy executiion and customer acquisition
Interact directly with owner to manage expectations and meet deadlines
Interpret category and consumer trends to inform sponsorship marketing, partnership, campaign and communication strategies
Develop and maintain community and marketing partnerships in all 4 cities
Act as a bridge between internal teams and owner, team player mentality required
Proactively pitch innovative ideas, new partners, new channels, and test and learn strategies
Cultivate relationships to find and promote new opportunities
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in a relevant creative, design, marketing with qualitative and quantitative discipline
Expertise in interpreting consumer research and data (quantitative & qualitative) and applying to solutions-based client strategies (creative marketing)
Highly developed communication skills, both verbal and written, to communicate effectively and persuasively, including ability to present
Natural curiosity and a demonstrated ability to turn observed data into a story about what behavior is driving it
Understanding of marketing, brand, and social metrics
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, while being extremely detail-oriented
Knowledge, passion and curiosity on all things culture, sports and entertainment
Team player and ability to collaborate
Skills
Expertise in social media, marketing, content creation
Google Ads, SEO expertise with Webflow experience a plus. Constant Contact, Photoshop, Canva, CapCut skills needed.
Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and calendaring skills
Experience developing Sports, Entertainment related sponsorship strategies
Experience valuing partnership opportunities and assets

Location
This role is hybrid, located in our New York and/or Los Angeles office.
