You will shape and execute coordinated marketing and messaging that drives customer adoption of AI-enabled product capabilities. You will influence cross-functional stakeholders—brand, product marketing, media, regional teams, and external agencies—to deliver campaigns that translate features into clear customer value. Work model: Hybrid/Remote (prefer San Francisco area candidates; open to remote working PST hours).
Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team- Collaborate with marketing leadership on content strategy for AI features, brainstorming campaign concepts and partnership activations
- Develop messaging frameworks that translate product functionality into clear customer value and use-case narratives
- Plan and execute coordinated promotional initiatives and ongoing programs aligned to business priorities and customer insights
- Create coordinated marketing briefs connecting strategy, audience, creative, channels, and measurement
- Coordinate campaign execution, timelines, and cross-functional collaboration with Brand Studio, Product Marketing, Media, Regional Marketing, and external agencies
- Provide strategic guidance during the creative process to ensure outputs are customer-centered and on-brand
- Monitor and report on campaign performance and apply insights to optimize future programs
- Mentor junior marketers and help build a coordinated marketing practice across the team
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 7 to 10 years of experience in marketing management, campaign management, coordinated marketing, product marketing, or marketing strategy roles
- Experience leading or contributing to large, complex marketing initiatives that deliver measurable business impact
- Proven ability to translate product features into customer value propositions and use-case narratives
- Working proficiency with AI tools and a strong perspective on how AI affects customer discovery, evaluation, and usage of software
- Strong understanding of coordinated marketing and messaging across brand, digital, social, media, and content
- Excellent project and collaborator management skills, with the ability to drive alignment across multiple teams and priorities
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with executive presence
- Prior experience mentoring and developing junior marketers
$57.46 - $71.83/hour
