Role Description The Account Executive (Book of Business Required) is a full-time, on-site role based in Greenville, SC. This position is responsible for managing and growing an existing book of transportation business, including maintaining strong relationships with current customers and proactively identifying new revenue opportunities. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and closing new accounts, developing pricing strategies, preparing quotes, and coordinating closely with operations and dispatch teams to ensure successful load execution. The Account Executive will monitor shipments, resolve service issues, communicate status updates, and provide responsive support to customers. The role also includes analyzing account performance, forecasting volume, preparing reports, and using CRM and transportation management systems to track activities and manage the sales pipeline.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Account Executive or similar sales role in transportation, logistics, or freight, with an existing book of business required.
- Strong skills in customer relationship management, including prospecting, negotiation, and account retention.
- Ability to analyze pricing, margins, and market trends to build competitive and profitable freight solutions.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and transportation or logistics software is highly beneficial.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present solutions clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and time management, with the ability to prioritize multiple accounts and deadlines.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, on-site team environment in Greenville, SC, with a strong focus on collaboration and responsiveness.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Demonstrated commitment to ethical conduct, customer service, and continuous improvement.
