This is a full-time remote role for a Marketing Assistant. The Marketing Assistant will support the marketing team by conducting market research, assisting with sales and marketing activities, and ensuring excellent customer service. Daily responsibilities include creating and analyzing marketing materials, collaborating with sales teams, supporting customer inquiries, and maintaining communication with clients to enhance brand connection and customer experience.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to manage relationships effectively
- Proficiency in Market Research and analytical thinking
- Sales and Sales & Marketing skills to support business development efforts
- Ability to work independently and in a remote environment
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively
- Experience with digital marketing tools and CRM software is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
