Job Title
Manage and oversee boundary surveys, topographic surveys, ALTA/NSPS surveys, construction staking, subdivision surveys, and control surveys.
Review, certify, sign, and seal survey documents in accordance with state regulations.
Ensure survey accuracy, quality control, and compliance with applicable standards and statutes.
Develop project scopes, schedules, and budgets.
Manage multiple survey projects simultaneously.
Coordinate with engineering teams, clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
Provide technical guidance, training, and mentorship to survey staff.
Direct and oversee survey personnel and project execution.
Communicate project requirements, deliverables, and expectations effectively.
Prepare and review survey-related proposals and project documentation.
8+ years of related land surveying experience.
Licensed Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) required.
Experience performing ALTA/NSPS Surveys.
Experience performing Boundary Surveys.
Experience performing Topographic/Existing Conditions Surveys.
Experience performing Route Surveys.
Experience with Construction Layout and Construction Staking.
Experience managing and directing junior survey staff.
Experience developing and preparing proposals.
Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills.
