About the Role:
· As a Senior Consultant, you will assist clients with full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, succession planning, and performance management to build a high-performing workforce.
- In addition, tasks will include operational analysis, business process re-engineering, change management, departmental budget support activities, and other consulting services as needed.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive HR management experience.
• Hands-on Experience with Oracle HCM modules

Preferred Qualifications:
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and executive-level communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Deep understanding of current HR processes, talent lifecycles, labor laws, and change management.
- Master’s degree or SPHR/SHRM-SCP certification.
- Six Sigma or related certification.
