Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives, enhance our online presence, and drive customer engagement across multiple platforms. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with a strong background in marketing, brand management, and cross-functional leadership.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies across digital, social media, email, to drive brand awareness and business growth.
  • Create and manage content calendars, marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and sales collaterals that support company initiatives and revenue goals.
  • Serve as a project manager and point of contact for the company's external marketing agency, overseeing timelines, creative deliverables, website projects, and SEO initiatives.
  • Coordinate and manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
  • Collaborate with sales, culinary, and leadership teams to support on-site content creation at events.
  • Plan and execute seasonal campaigns, special promotions, venue partnership opportunities, and company events.
  • Analyze campaign performance and marketing metrics to identify opportunities for growth and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications while identifying innovative ways to elevate the customer experience.
  • Lead the creation of compelling content and visuals that align with the Puff 'n Stuff brand.


Project & Team Management

  • Lead cross-functional teams including marketing, creative, and customer service.
  • Manage project timelines
  • Coordinate with external vendors and agencies for media production at events.


Client & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all customer touchpoints.
  • Support business development efforts through strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, or brand management.
  • Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams and digital campaigns.
  • Proficiency in tools such as MailChimp, Excel, Canva, Social Media Platforms, Microsoft Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Strong strategic analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Passion for hospitality, events, and culinary arts. Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.
