Our ENT team, consisting of one Physician and one Advanced Practice Provider, invites skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to join our organization.Position Overview

• Work Schedule: Enjoy a standard four-day work week with flexibility in choosing a day off (Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday).
• On-Call Responsibilities: No on-call duties, allowing for a better work-life balance.
• Patient Load: Manage a reasonable caseload of 16-20 patients per day.
• Onsite Facilities: Access onsite lab, X-ray, CT scan, and MRI services for comprehensive patient care.
• Collaborative Environment: Work in a multi-specialty clinic with a supportive team and easy access to specialists.
• Technology: Utilize the EPIC Electronic Medical Record system for efficient record-keeping.
• Clinic Hours: Maintain regular hours from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.Candidate Qualifications
  • Medical Certification: Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, with training opportunities available.
  • Licensing: Obtain an active license in Washington State.
  • Communication Skills: Demonstrate concise and compassionate communication skills to educate patients and their families.
  • Documentation: Exhibit the ability to thoroughly document and maintain comprehensive patient records.
  • Relocation: Willingness to relocate and reside in the picturesque area near Moses Lake, Washington.
