Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 base salary + commission

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial staffing sector
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their staffing needs
• Develop strategic sales plans to meet and exceed growth targets
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored staffing solutions
• Represent Luttrell Staffing Group at industry events and networking opportunities

Is an energetic self-starter who enjoys outside sales and building relationships that include long sales cycles. If you're bilingual, that's a plus! You have perseverance and a never-give-up attitude. You love networking and have excellent verbal and written communication skills while maintaining professional etiquette.
