Job Title : Business Analyst

Location : Atlanta, GA

Duration : 6 months + possible extension

Rate Range: $35 - $45/hour on W2/ C2C (All inclusive)

Introduction

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team for a 6-month onsite role. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business partners to understand and anticipate their needs, translating them into IT requirements. This role involves supporting and aligning efforts to meet business needs and company strategy.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in collaborating with business partners to understand and anticipate their needs.
• Ability to translate business needs into IT requirements.
• Knowledge of Customer Master Data Management domain.
• Proficiency in developing user stories and defining acceptance criteria, with experience using JIRA.
• Prior work experience at client or in client's industry.

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Exposure to Oracle Sales Cloud, Oracle CX, Oracle Fusion CDM, Oracle Order to Cash, Oracle AR.
• Experience in developing and executing test plans.
• Experience overseeing all stages of requirement implementation, including design and development phases.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business partners to incorporate requests into the product roadmap.
• Groom and manage the product backlog, prioritizing based on changing requirements.
• Identify, create, and facilitate business and system process analysis and design.
• Provide program-level analysis, producing required documentation such as requirements, use cases, and UAT plans.
• Collaborate closely with developers to implement requirements.
