Sales Support & Lead Generation
- Assist with in-person, virtual, and phone-based sales meetings
- Support outreach efforts by responding to inbound calls/emails and conducting outbound follow-up communication
- Help identify and research potential leads through data mining, industry networks, and prospecting tools
- Contribute to building and qualifying sales pipelines
Product Knowledge & Learning
- Develop a foundational understanding of Hummel Pro products and services
- Participate in sales training sessions, team meetings, and strategic planning discussions
- Learn to effectively communicate product features and value propositions
Sales Operations & Administration
- Assist in preparing sales materials, proposals, quotes, and presentations
- Support contract preparation and post-sale follow-up activities
Relationship Management
- Support engagement efforts with youth clubs, dealers, and pre-professional partners
- Assist in maintaining strong relationships through consistent communication and follow-up
- Provide general support on larger or professional-level accounts as needed
Growth & Innovation
- Contribute ideas for new sales initiatives, promotions, and outreach strategies
- Assist in analyzing sales trends and identifying opportunities for growth

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Canva
- Ability to produce quality written work
