Business System Analyst for Jaggaer/Workday/Concur
Jaggaer (P2P) — Business Purpose Justification
ITS is assuming full administrative ownership of Jaggaer, the university's procure-to-pay platform, by June 30, 2025. The transition requires dedicated system administration support that the current ITS ERP Applications team cannot absorb without risk to steady-state operations. This contractor will close an active security gap — restricting system access to ITS-only personnel within the required four-week remediation window — while documenting current-state workflows, validating the ownership model with business stakeholders, and driving go-live readiness.
The Division of Information Technology Services (ITS) seeks a hands-on BSA Contractor to support the ITS administration transition of Jaggaer, the university's procure-to-pay (P2P) platform. ITS is assuming full system ownership by June 30, 2025, and needs an experienced contractor to support access remediation, workflow documentation, and go-live readiness alongside the ITS ERP Applications team.
Hybrid work schedule: This role is hybrid with on-site presence in the Boston office as needed to support the transition.
Other duties as required: This role requires flexibility to support evolving transition needs, including cross-functional coordination, documentation, and stakeholder engagement as the go-live date approaches.
