To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add an HR Business Partner located in Des Moines, IA.

Reporting to the HR Manager, the HRBP role will be responsible for partnering with the business segments to support HR strategic objectives to build a dynamic organization that delivers significant and sustainable growth. This is an on-site opportunity to engage with our leaders and employees.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Collaborate with business and HR colleagues to develop and deliver an HR strategy to meet the business needs.
  • Partner with HR teams and Centers of Expertise to support site with audits, reporting, internal equity/offer process.
  • Manage Employee Investigations, address Employee Relations issues and provide coaching as needed.
  • Support activities related to mergers and acquisitions as appropriate.
  • Plan, implement and facilitate cyclical HR initiatives to include workforce planning, performance management, rewards planning, training and succession planning.
  • Ensure compliance with all HR related laws and regulations.

What we're looking to add to our team:

  • Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience and minimum 3-5 years of progressive experience in HR across all major functions.
  • Self-starter who demonstrates accountability for results.
  • Sound knowledge of Organization Development, Change Management and HR practices.
  • Excellent business acumen and demonstrated competency in business partnership.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with senior management and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Strong project management, process management, analytical and consulting skills.
  • Ability to collaborate globally across boundaries, disciplines, and cultures, especially in an evolving matrix environment.
  • Excellent planning, co-ordination, and organizational skills; strong process orientation.
