Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Valid SLP license and/or eligibility for North Carolina certification
  • CCC-SLP or CFY completion; pediatric experience preferred
  • Experience with school-based services, IEPs, and multi-site caseloads (preK, elementary, D/HH)
  • Familiarity with teletherapy and indirect service models is a plus
  • Ability to supervise SLPAs if needed
  • Strong communication, organization, and adaptability skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide diagnostic, therapeutic, and consultation SLP services in assigned schools/classrooms
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate in interdisciplinary teams
  • Support both in-person and virtual service delivery (as needed)
  • Maintain required documentation and manage caseload/workload
  • Potential supervision of support staff (SLPAs)
