Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to support a refrigerated food manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous production operations. This includes working primarily with Mondini machines and other production equipment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and able to work efficiently under demanding conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on production and facility equipment, including refrigeration systems, conveyors, and packaging machinery
• Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues and implement effective solutions
• Ensure all equipment operates in compliance with safety, food safety, and quality standards
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and production needs
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation
• Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and facility improvements
• Follow all safety procedures, GMPs, and company policies at all times
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Collaborate with production teams and supervisors to support operational goals
• Perform other duties as assigned
