This role is responsible for supporting enterprise reporting and analytics efforts by partnering with business teams to deliver meaningful insights. The position focuses on transforming complex data into actionable information, developing reporting solutions, and contributing to ongoing improvements in analytics practices and data strategy.

• Partner with business leaders to gather reporting and analytics requirements
• Design and deliver dashboards, reporting tools, and data-driven solutions
• Perform ad-hoc analysis and contribute to the development of new data products
• Translate data findings into clear, audience-appropriate insights and presentations
• Collaborate with data teams to address data quality issues and identify gaps

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MS, or similar) preferred
• 5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or related field
• Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Power BI (preferred), Fabric, or similar platforms
• Strong SQL skills, including experience with T-SQL or PL/SQL
• Advanced Excel skills with experience in modeling and data analysis
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Understanding of data modeling concepts and data structures
• Experience in financial services or other regulated industries preferred
• Familiarity with version control tools such as Git is a plus
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Tableau) preferred or required within 90 days
