Job Description Job Description We are seeking a Mechanical MEP Engineer with 2-5 years of experience in HVAC design to support commercial, healthcare, education, and mixed-use projects. This role will focus on designing and coordinating mechanical systems from concept through construction, ensuring code compliance, efficiency, and constructability. Responsibilities: * Design HVAC systems including load calculations, equipment selection, ductwork, and hydronic systems * Prepare construction documents and specifications using Revit * Perform energy code compliance and ventilation calculations * Coordinate with electrical, plumbing, and architectural teams * Participate in client meetings and respond to contractor RFIs * Support construction administration and occasional site visits Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering * 2-5 years of HVAC design experience in the MEP industry * Proficiency in Revit required * EIT required or actively on the path to obtaining EIT certification * PE license is a plus * Strong understanding of mechanical codes (IMC, ASHRAE standards) * Excellent communication and time management skills
