Responsibilities * Perform intake assessments * Provide mental health therapy for individuals, couples, families, and children * Create individualized treatment plans for each client * Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments * Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan * Adhere to all facility and licensing standards Qualifications * Masters degree in counseling, social work, or similar field * Current and unrestricted license * Previous experience as a mental health therapist preferred - Internship included * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Highly organized
