• Minimum of 3–5 years of healthcare office management or medical practice management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage daily office operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations.
• Proven experience supervising, coaching, and evaluating administrative and support staff.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to hold employees accountable and enforce office policies, procedures, and professional standards.
• Ability to establish and maintain a culture of professionalism, teamwork, customer service excellence, and respect in the workplace.
• Experience managing employee performance, attendance, workplace conduct, and conflict resolution.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, healthcare compliance requirements, and office operations best practices.
• Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and office management software.
• Strong decision-making skills and the ability to implement process improvements that enhance operational effectiveness.
• Ability to work collaboratively with clinical leadership and executive management to achieve organizational goals.

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee all non-clinical office operations and day -to- day functions.
• Supervise office staff and ensure adherence to company policies, performance expectations, and professional workplace standards.
• Monitor productivity, staffing needs, and workflow efficiency.
• Address employee concerns, performance issues, and operational challenges in a timely and professional manner.
• Promote a positive, accountable, and customer-focused work environment.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and confidentiality standards.
