Student Intern
About This JobThe Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries is responsible for managing and protecting the state's renewable natural resources, including all wildlife and aquatic life. LDWF supports a strong work ethic in its employees and incorporates the use of good science, accurate information and technology.
The incumbent of this position serves as a Student Intern in the Office of Management and Finance Division Human Resources Section.

Education and/or Experience Minimum Qualifications
No prior experience or training required. Incumbent must be a full time student to be eligible for this position.
Education and/or Experience Preferred Qualifications
Language Skills
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write legible, simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees in the organization.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
