This is a senior leadership role responsible for generating customers, recruiting employees, increasing brand awareness, and implementing AI-powered solutions to drive growth and efficiency throughout the organization.

Position Summary

The Director of Digital Marketing, Recruitment & AI Strategy will oversee all digital advertising, social media, content creation, employee recruitment marketing, lead generation, brand management, and AI implementation efforts for:

  • Buffalo Homecare Inc.
  • Buffalo Transportation Inc.
  • WNY Bus Co.
  • Ontario Bus Inc.

The ideal candidate is highly creative, data-driven, technologically advanced, and experienced in using AI tools to scale marketing and recruitment efforts.

Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Advertising & Lead Generation

  • Create, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns across:
  • Facebook
  • Instagram
  • Google
  • YouTube
  • LinkedIn
  • TikTok
  • Generate qualified leads for:
  • Home Care Clients
  • Transportation Services
  • School Transportation Contracts
  • Community Partnerships
  • Monitor advertising budgets and maximize return on investment (ROI).
  • Develop lead-generation funnels and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Track campaign performance and provide monthly reporting.

Employee Recruitment & Workforce Marketing

  • Develop and execute recruiting campaigns for:
  • Home Health Aides (HHAs)
  • Personal Care Aides (PCAs)
  • Drivers
  • Nurses
  • Dispatchers
  • Administrative Staff
  • Manage recruiting advertisements across:
  • Indeed
  • Facebook Jobs
  • LinkedIn
  • ZipRecruiter
  • Other recruiting platforms
  • Create innovative recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Improve applicant flow and hiring conversion rates.

Social Media & Brand Management

  • Manage and grow all company social media platforms.
  • Create engaging content including:
  • Videos
  • Reels
  • Graphics
  • Employee Spotlights
  • Customer Testimonials
  • Community Outreach Campaigns
  • Build brand awareness and online engagement.
  • Monitor and respond to online reviews and customer inquiries.
  • Ensure consistent branding across all companies.

Content Creation & Marketing Materials

  • Produce professional marketing content.
  • Create digital and print marketing materials.
  • Develop email marketing campaigns.
  • Manage website content and digital assets.
  • Coordinate photography and video production projects.

AI Strategy & Business Automation (Mandatory)

  • Implement AI-driven marketing, recruiting, and operational solutions.
  • Utilize AI tools to improve efficiency, content creation, lead generation, and recruiting outcomes.
  • Develop AI-powered workflows and automation systems.
  • Train departments on AI best practices and emerging technologies.
  • Continuously evaluate new AI platforms and identify opportunities to improve business performance.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Analyze campaign and recruiting performance.
  • Measure cost-per-lead and cost-per-hire metrics.
  • Provide executive-level reports and strategic recommendations.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, advertising, and social media management.
  • Proven success managing multi-platform advertising campaigns.
  • Experience generating customer leads and employee applicants through digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and social media analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities.

Artificial Intelligence Experience (Mandatory)

Candidates must demonstrate professional experience using AI technologies to improve marketing, recruiting, and business operations.

  • Use AI to analyze data and improve decision-making.
  • Stay current with emerging AI technologies and industry trends.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare, home care, transportation, or logistics industries.
  • Graphic design experience using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Video editing and production experience.
  • Website management and SEO experience.
  • CRM and marketing automation experience.
  • Experience implementing AI-powered business systems and chatbot technologies.
